Calves also hurting...

Sissy - mine too - definitely try foam rolling! It helps a lot. You can borrow LA's probably! Or they are only like $20 I think. I ran 1 Saturday, 2 on Sunday and 3 today. I cross trained Monday to rest my calves. I'm hurting the area under my calves ... almost near the Achilles. E - I also find that I have bad runs after good runs... again, I think it's mental. Congrats on the 6.35 - that's awesome! Keep up the good work ladies.

  1. I just want to clarify that I didn't run the miles in 6 minutes and 35 seconds - I just ran 6.35 miles. Not sure if that was clear, but that would be super-human by my standards!! haha

    I did foam roll, but obviously not enough! I'm gonna do a better job at it tomorrow morning.

    PS Did we ever come up with music suggestions? I am in need of some new running tunes!

  2. Haha if you are running a 6 minute and 35 second mile you are no allowed to post on this blog anymore! Though I assume when you say you ran the 6.35 miles fast that you were around a 8 or 9 minute mile? You are super-human by my standards anyway Sissy!
